Our studio sits in the heart of the Old Port of Montréal — a five-minute walk from the Palais des congrès, the Convention Hall, the Centre Sheraton, and most of the major downtown conference hotels. Geography matters in corporate event work: we know the room before we arrive, often better than the production crew does.

Over twenty years, we've covered hundreds of conferences at the Palais des congrès — ICAO's 42nd Assembly, the Electrify Society Summit, international AI conferences, federal trade shows, corporate AGMs, brand activations, and industry awards nights. We know every loading dock, every back-of-house corridor, every photography-friendly angle in the building. We know which rooms have the best light. How we cover a corporate event in Montréal

Our process is built for repeatable excellence — the kind that lets a brand manager hire us once and never have to micromanage. A typical engagement:

1. Pre-event briefing (one week before). We meet with your event lead — virtually or in person — and review the run-of-show, VIP list, must-shoot moments, brand do's and don'ts, and any sensitive guest considerations.
2. On-site arrival (one hour before doors). Set up and shooting before your earliest guest arrives. Lighting tested. Memory cards formatted. Battery redundancy in place. Backup body in the bag.
3. Coverage during the event. Right-sized: one photographer for events under 100 guests, two for events of 100–500, three for galas above 500 or geographically split venues.
4. Same-night editing for press release. If your communications team needs ten ready-to-publish frames before midnight for a 6 a.m. press release, we deliver. Included in every engagement.
5. Next-day delivery of the full set. A private, branded, password-protected gallery hosted at clients.cepstudio.com. Your guests browse and download in one click. Your comms team receives a full-resolution zip.

About the founder — Christina Esteban

CEP Studio was founded by Christina Esteban, a Montréal-based photographer, founder, and creative entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience documenting luxury brands, corporate events, interiors, destinations, and people with an editorial approach rooted in emotion, atmosphere, and detail.
