How we cover a corporate event in Montréal

Our process is built for repeatable excellence — the kind that lets a brand manager hire us once and never have to micromanage. A typical engagement:

1. Pre-event briefing (one week before). We meet with your event lead — virtually or in person — and review the run-of-show, VIP list, must-shoot moments, brand do's and don'ts, and any sensitive guest considerations.
2. On-site arrival (one hour before doors). Set up and shooting before your earliest guest arrives. Lighting tested. Memory cards formatted. Battery redundancy in place. Backup body in the bag.
3. Coverage during the event. Right-sized: one photographer for events under 100 guests, two for events of 100–500, three for galas above 500 or geographically split venues.

About the founder — Christina Esteban

CEP Studio was founded by Christina Esteban, a Montréal-based photographer, founder, and creative entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience documenting luxury brands, corporate events, interiors, destinations, and people with an editorial approach rooted in emotion, atmosphere, and detail.
